Delete your account

In the app

Open Neutant, go to Settings, then Danger zone, and tap Delete account and data. You will be asked to confirm. This option is part of the online version being rolled out; until it reaches you, use email below.

By email

Write to support@neutant.com from the email address you sign in with (or mention your WhatsApp number) and ask us to delete your account. We confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Your account, business data (bills, stock, parties, expenses, staff and settings) and saved messages. Data is removed within 30 days. Daily backups containing it expire within a further 14 days.

What we keep

Payment records that the law requires us to keep for tax purposes, for the period the law requires. They do not include your business data.

Before you delete

Export any reports you need from the Reports page first. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
