Privacy Policy

What this covers

This policy explains what Neutant collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to neutant.com and the Neutant Android app.

What we collect

How we use it

To run the app for you, save and back up your data, show your reports, send the messages you ask for (such as bills and daily reports on WhatsApp), handle payments, give support and prevent misuse. We do not sell your data and we do not use your business records for advertising.

Who can see your data

You, and anyone you sign in for. To run the service and give support, the Neutant team can access account and business data when needed, for example to fix a problem you report, restore a backup or stop misuse. Access is limited to that purpose. Our service providers process data for us: Google (Firebase hosting, sign-in and database), Meta (WhatsApp messages you choose to send) and our payment partners. Card and UPI details are handled by the payment partner, not stored by us.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored with Google Cloud (Firebase). It is also kept on your device so the app opens quickly. Data is sent over encrypted connections.

How long we keep it

While your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days, and daily backups that contain it expire within a further 14 days.

Your choices

You can see and edit your data in the app, export reports, change your language and notification settings, and delete your account at any time. To ask for a copy of your data or for help, write to us.

Children

Neutant is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
