Refunds and Cancellation

Free trial first

Every new account gets 48 hours free with all business types open, so you can try Neutant before paying. No payment details are needed for the trial.

Cancelling

You can cancel a plan at any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Because you can try everything free first, payments for a period that has started are not refunded. If you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling, write to us within 7 days and we will refund the extra amount in full. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Purchases through Google Play

If you paid inside the Android app, Google Play handles the payment and its refund rules apply. You can request a refund from Google Play, or write to us and we will help.

Changing business type

Changing your plan’s business type has a one-time fee shown in the app before you pay. Each extra business type is charged per month and can be stopped anytime.
