Terms of Service

Last updated 2 October 2026

About these terms

These terms apply when you use Neutant, the billing, stock and accounts app at neutant.com and in our Android app ("Neutant", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Neutant for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your WhatsApp number. Keep access to that account safe; anything done through it is treated as done by you. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Free trial

New accounts get a 48-hour free trial with all business types open. No payment details are needed for the trial. When the trial ends, your data stays saved and you can choose a plan to keep using it.

Plans and payments

A plan opens one business type. Extra business types are charged per month as shown in the app. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future billing periods; we will tell you in advance. Payments on the website are processed by our payment partner and in the Android app by Google Play. Taxes are added where the law requires.

Your data

The bills, stock, parties and other records you enter belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Neutant for you, keep it secure and provide support. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Fair use

Do not use Neutant for anything unlawful, to send spam, to harm other people or to try to break into or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your responsibility for tax and records

Neutant helps you make GST bills and reports, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your filings with tax authorities. Please check important figures with your accountant.

Availability

We work to keep Neutant running all the time and back your data up every day, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may update features to improve the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Neutant is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

Ending your account

You can stop using Neutant and delete your account at any time (see Delete account). We may close accounts that break these terms, and will give notice where we reasonably can.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gujarat, India have jurisdiction.
